Advantage Employment Advocates has been providing services to job seekers and employers in the Johnson County and surrounding area since 2005. Our staff have diverse backgrounds working in human resources, education, and social service fields. AEA works individually with each job seeker to identify specific needs and develop an action plan to address those needs and pursue employment that is a good fit for long term success.
We believe that each individual has unique gifts and talents to offer, regardless of gender, race, age, cultural or religious heritage, ethnic background, sexual orientation, economic circumstances, family configuration or difference of ability.
Our goal is to facilitate meaningful and informed choices for the individuals we serve in order to help them reach their work and life goals.
